CHIN CHIN PREPARATION

Chin chin is a popular fried pastry native to West Africa. It can be prepared in several ways, but the most common varieties are usually crunchy on the inside.

 INGREDIENDT

· Flour

· salt

· Baking powder

· Ground nutmeg

· Granular sugar

· Vanilla

· Butter

· Eggs

· Milk

· Vegetable oil

STEP 1

Combine the ingredients, poured them in a bowl and mixed them together. After which you have pour all the powdered ingredients, then add the butter and mixed very well with a spoon.

Note that the mixing must be welled done for it to be smooth.

STEP 2

Combine the eggs, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and, milk until it is well blended.

STEP 3

Gradually combine the dry and wet ingredients. Mix it well on a plain wood.

STEP 4

Make the mixed flour flat on a wood or a tray and cut it into pieces for frying.

STEP 5

Put your fry pan on fire, let it hot very well and then fry it.
